Meet the founder of Business Eagles
Niki Bruno is a Business Psychologist and Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience helping organisations close performance gaps, build high-performing teams, and navigate complex transformation.
Niki founded Business Eagles in 2018 with a clear purpose: to bring together the science of human behaviour and the discipline of organisational design that delivers measurable, lasting results. This has led Niki to develop the 3PaC Framework, a proprietary model integrating Process, People and Communications to enable businesses to deliver enhanced, effective and sustainable organisational growth and performance.
Business is in Niki's blood. Born and raised in London into an immigrant Greek Cypriot family, she was running her father's dry-cleaning business by the time she was a teenager, learning firsthand what it takes to keep an operation moving, manage people, and make decisions under pressure. That early grounding never left her.
What sets Niki apart is the way she thinks, she is wired differently, possessing a rare 4D ability to process complexity from angles others simply do not see. Approaching every client engagement with a passionate need to dive deeper and asking the questions others haven't thought to ask, she finds clarity in complexity that most would walk straight past. Niki needs to take every problem and examine it from every angle, which is what her clients come to rely on. Where most people are huddled around the obvious problem, Niki is already three steps ahead, identifying the real issue and mapping a path through it. She doesn't just solve the problems; she sees the issues before anyone else knows one exists. For her clients, that means fewer surprises, faster clarity, and solutions that work, uncovering and resolving the underlying issues that often go unrecognised.
Her career spans government, defence, and enterprise environments across Australia and the UK. Before founding Business Eagles, she held leadership and consulting roles at KPMG and Downer, working across Defence, Home Affairs, DSS, and the Department of Agriculture. Earlier in her career she led organisational restructures in the UK, including steering a college humanities department through OFSTED reform, and spent time as a psychologist within the UK prison system, experiences that gave her a frontline understanding of human behaviour under pressure.
Niki holds a Master's in Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and two Graduate Certificates in Psychology and Business, among many other qualifications and industry standard courses.
That restless curiosity and hunger for discovery don't switch off at the end of client work, it is simply who Niki is. Outside of work, she lives with her husband, two children, and dogs in a rural area outside Canberra, where she channels the same creative energy into experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, finding new perspectives behind a camera, and losing herself in music.
Niki engages with clients across Australia; in person, remotely, or a blend of both and is available to travel wherever the work takes her.
